Yes, we now offer gift card purchase on the website. We offer different amounts of gift cards credited at the time of purchase. The Leo and Violette gift card is valid on the website and in the shop in Paris.
The gift card can be used on the website or in the shop. You have received by email the confirmation of your order with an access to a discount code and a QR code. 2 possibilities: - You want to order on the website: fill your basket and at the moment of payment, enter the code in the 'Gift card or promo code' part. - If you wish to use the gift card in the shop: when you visit the Studio in Paris, present the QR code you received by email at the checkout. You will then have, depending on the price difference, a credit on your gift card or a balance to pay in addition.
If you have purchased a product at a lower price than the balance on your gift card, the remaining balance will automatically be credited back to your gift card. You still have 6 months from the date of purchase of the gift card to use this balance on the website or in the shop.
If the product is in stock: during the week: 24 to 48 hours. During the weekend: the following Monday. If the product is not immediately in stock you will find a specific delivery date under the 'add to cart' button as well as in your shopping cart.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with an online tracking number.
Shipping and returns
We ship anywhere in the US and Canada. The delivery charges that apply in the USA and Canada are: - $12 for small leather goods - $20 for bags and sneakers.
All orders over 500$ will get free shipping.
Delivery between 2 and 5 days. Orders and delivery to the US and Canada include fees and customs taxes that may apply.
Delivery times are displayed on the product page before purchase, in your basket and also in the order summary email. If the product is available immediately, all orders placed before 12:30 pm can be shipped the same day. For the others they will be shipped the next working day. Ex: I order a product in France on Tuesday at 4pm, it will be shipped on Wednesday with a delivery of 1 to 2 working days (so Thursday or Friday)
Yes, exchanges and returns are possible up to one month after the date of receipt of the product. The cost of returning an order is the customer's responsability. We can not provide return labels. If you want to return or exchange an order please write to firstname.lastname@example.org
For all orders placed after November 15, benefit from an extended exchange or return period until January 15, 2023.

The products must be returned in their packaging, with the protective bag and the product label. They must not be worn, washed or damaged. Please do not leave the shoulder straps attached to the bag and put them back inside the bag before shipping.
All our products are made either in Italy (bags and sneakers) or in Ubrique, Spain (small leather goods). We work with factories specialized in luxury leather goods with over 40 years of expertise.
All Leo and Violette products have a one-year warranty during which we take over repairs related to a manufacturing defect.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from inappropriate use of our products, wear and aging of natural materials (leather, brass, cotton, etc.)
Beyond this year a contribution of 20 to 80€ will be required for the support of a repair. Repairs requiring a return to the workshop in Italy take on average 6 to 8 weeks.
If you want to send your bag for repair, we invite you to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the desired repair and, if possible, enclosing photographs. We will then tell you if a repair is possible, and at what cost.
We use different types of leather (smooth leather, grained, caviar, suede...) All our skins come from different Italian/Spanish/French tanneries. Our leathers are either treated with a mineral tanning or with a vegetal tanning for a better respect of the environment and an optimal quality. Yes, only on items from the 'small leather goods' collection. All personalized products cannot be exchanged/refunded.
No. We do not have any Léo et Violette retailers. Our products are exclusively available on the internet or at Studio Léo et Violette, 12 rue Sainte Anne in Paris.
